Enrico has foregone the set of Atarka’s Command that has been a popular feature of recent Burn lists. Instead, he sticks to the easier-to-cast Skullcrack for preventing lifegain. He still has a singleton Stomping Ground to enable Destructive Revelry out of the sideboard, to deal with the otherwise problematic Leyline of Sanctity.

2x Leave no Trace
1x Rest in Peace

In a field full of Burn decks, gaining life is a strong metagame call. The token sub-theme offers enough of a board presence to compete with the format’s creature decks, while a playset of Path to Exile offers some insurance against Twin Combo.

8th place: Nico Fourie (Naya Burn)

Nico was adamantly opposed to his opponents gaining life; he maxed out both on Atarka’s Command and Skullcrack. Well, you won’t get their life total down to zero if you let them take it in the wrong direction.
